Getting nervous!

Hello All,
 Well, my surgery is on Tuesday and I am sooo nervous!! I just keep praying that because I decided to do this for my kids that God won't take me away from them. I am so scared!!!! Anyone know of any ways to combat these anxieties???

I can tell you that Dr. White is an AWESOME surgeon!  He did mine almost 7 years ago and I am still down 110 pounds!!!    You are welcome to PM me if you need someone to "talk" to.

Nothing to be nervous about. I had mine 6/10 with Dr. Winterstein and it went smooth as silk. Only in hospital two days, pain was at most a 3 on the 10 scale and was gone in two days. Feel fine and except for the lifting restrictions of 10 lbs which will soon pass I could go back to work. Good luck to you and let me know if I can help.
