Job is changing insurence.

I am seeing Dr. Umbach but my job is changing to Health Plan of Nevada and he don't take it.  What doctors take it and how much is covered by it? I already had my done but I am looking for fellow up appointments and a co work is going to the same doc as my and is now looking for a new doc too. Thanks

Wow that sucks you'll have to get a provider list from the insurance but I do know a lot of Dr's won't see a patient from another Dr even for follow up. Do you know how much Dr Umbach's cash pay follow up's are?

 Shana...find out how much Umbach will charge you for follow up care. I would probably continue to see him until you're at least a year post op. you've had no issues to this point so that's a positive.

It dose sucks.  Dr. Umbach staff told me that they know that Dr. Atkins takes it. I will call in the morning and see who all takes it.  Really they will not take another doctor's patient? That is really going to suck. Thanks for the feed back guys.
