question???

im on optifast right now and i dont know forsure but i think i feel a cold comming on....i know this question has been asked before....what can i take to help with that???.....im cold all the time....my ears are bugging me....it was the one thing ive not wanted to happen.....and this is the time of the year when i gets sick.....change in the weather....my flu shot wears off.....i will just be so upset after a year and half wait to get a date and then something like the flu changes it....

Not sure what you can take. Check with the office

Many people seem to get colds right before surgery. I think they will only cancel if you have a chest infection. I could be wrong but pretty sure about that
