There are also a couple of programs at London Health Sciences Centre (Childrens Hospital of Western Ontario) for both girls and boys.
I put my kids in the Program called HIP Kids (Healthy Eating and Activity Program). The program lasts for a year. The other program is called REACH (Activity and Metformin Research Study). Both programs do some in depth medical testing at the beginning and the end. Each visit the kids meet with a Dietician, Social Worker and Kinesiologist or Fitness Expert.
