First day.......

First day of Optifast.....not going tooo bad this far but how much jello, and broth can you have?
What is a brand name for SF popcycles? Can it be SF fudgecycles?

I ate alot of sf jello lots of water too.. I had quite a bit of broth, plus all four shakes per day. I was full all the time I didn't have popsicles and I don't think fudgesicles are on the list, CLEAR fluids only

The only Popsicles I could find where Chapman's and I found them at The Superstore and I think at Wal-Mart.  10 for $5.49.  Not cheap but I really enjoyed them.
 Fudgesicles?  I would say no.

SF or no sugar added fudgesicles are FINE actually.

Oh wait. Not on Optifast. lol
