Came across this recipe (http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/MB/4358497/Low-Carb-pancak es/)

Tried them, OMG. I'd replace all the water with Da Vinci syrup but they are super yummy and very filling. I could only eat one.

Before the surgery I kept putting things off. I was never good enough. One of the benefits of WLS is that you start to believe in yourself. Check out my blog:

try winners (homesense), or starbucks. You can also order them online at the cultured coffee bean.

You can get Sugar Free syrup at Starbucks (not Da Vinci brand) and sometimes at Second Cup.
I look once in a while at Homesense Bayshore and haven't found any yet.. :(

Also try Home Outfitters near the coffee machines. I found it with the K-cups for my Keurig.

Looks yummy and I can make them here in Alberta since I brought my vanilla protein powder. I made Finnish pancakes for the kids the other day and I wished I could have them. Now I can have this as a reaplacement. Thanks

I tried making pancakes from Susan Maria Leach's book (BE website) and they were a pile of goo..

I will have to re-look at this
