Lovely sunshine when I left the house at 6:30. 

Work today and then aquafit.

B - click espresso
S - greek yogourt
L - chicken, black bean and corn
S - brie, pear
D - ?

Couldn't agree more about the sun!  AND it's payday - yay!

B - coffee with milk x2, small banana
S - 2 oz old cheddar, 2 melba rounds
L - 3 oz chicken, peppers/onions/tomatoes, a couple of egg noodles
S - latte with sf almond milk, a couple of almonds
D - not sure!  Joe's off today, so whatever he makes :) Ahh... just got home to BBQ'd pork roast, brussel sprouts and peppers with onions.  Yay for Joe! xo

The sun has been shining up here for about a week now.  Love the sun. Leftovers to clean up today, am getting sick of it, have to remember to cook a bit less at each meal.

B - 3/4 cup fibre plus cereal, no milk

S - 1 oz fruilano cheese

L- 4 oz pork tenderloin with a few tbsp of cherry sauce, cob of corn

D - 4 oz baked salmon, green salad, roasted cauliflower

Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating. But I nearly skipped out the door this morning. lol

Ditto here one the sunshine sentiments!  I have yard duty this morning and I don;t even mind since it means I can bask in the nice sunshiney weather!!  Have a great day all!

B- I scrambled egg with cheese

S- 1/4 cup roasted, unsalted soya nuts (becoming my fav. crunchy snack)

L- small can of sweet chili thai tuna

S- a cheese string or maybe 2

D- ham, a bite or two of corn on the cob, steamed broccoli

S-  Delmonte NSA fruit bar

Took a shower and did dishes.....'bout knocked me on my butt...
Nothing like pain to humble a person.....
Resting and sleeping again today.......

Going to be a beautiful day out...sunshine and more sunshine...
Got my weight back up and now to eat normally...

Good morning everyone!

Well we had great sun yesterday, it made it to 17 but today is freezing....grrrr. 

Judy take care of yourself and rest!

Appts today and that's about it for me.  Nothing exciting lol

B - protein shake

S - turkey pepperettes - 2

L - spring mix salad

Su - chicken bbqed probably, veggie and maybe some quinoa

S - cheese, protein bar - i tend to eat supper early so get the munchies in the evening, hence the snacks

Water and vits in.  Have a good day everyone!

Good morning everyone :D

I didn't like the plastic surgeon yesterday.. Well, he was nice but whoa! is he eexxpensive... I have made my decision and I will DEFINITELY be going with DR. Nandagopal. I like his "bedside" manner and how calm he is :D
I love the sun and I agree with Karen about payday WOOT!

B- 1egg, 2 slices peameal bacon, 1 slice brown toast
S- banana, 1/2c greek yoguart

got called into work.. not sure what order I will eat the rest of my foods
-salad
-60g cheese, 2 pepperettes
-protein shake (x2)

all water, tea and vitamins in today
