This summer I found something new, since I hate Crystal Lite I was looking at other options and there is an infusion type called MIO at Walmart (silver tear drop shape bottle) that you just add a squirt to your water and you get great flavour. It seems expensive at about $3.50 a bottle, but you use just a little and you get way more uses than a box of Crystal Lite.
After I bought 2 types and tried them I had my sister-in-law bring a bunch back for me from the states.
I also like the Special K Protein drink additives, which are again like Crystal Lite but somehow they taste better and they give you 5g of protein per drink. I use lots of water with it, more than just a bottle but it makes me feel good that I am getting a little more protein and get good flavour there too.
