Does St. Jos in Hamilton have distilled water for the Cpap or do you need to bring your own?

I would bring it just in case they charge you for using the hospital's supply.

St. Joe's supplies the distilled water.  Don't bring your own, and they won't 'charge' you either.

I didn't bring any water and it was no problem. They will also label your machine to make sure it stays with you.  Just bring the machine, the power cord and the mask and hose.

While I wasn't at St.  Jos, I was in Guelph, the RT's (respiratory technicians) had the distilled water and helped with set up after surgery. No cost.
Good luck.

I put my distilled water in a regular water bottle when I'm travelling - Enough for a couple of nights in hospital.

Yeah, they won't let you use your own, anyway.... they got it covered.
