Day 4 of 5 day pouch test!!

well made it thru another day, headed out for holidays today so hope it will still go ok for day 4 and 5.....

down 2.6 pounds in 3 days.....

I am hoping to find some internet signal, we are in an area where there is little to no service, so I may not be able to post the final results tile the end of the weekend......

 Good for you, I'll watch for your results!
