 April I have a huge amount of respect for anyone going through the Opti phase while living with people who are eating real food around you.
I was very very lucky that hubby and I went on this journey together at the same time, so it was much easier for me because we got rid of all other food out of our home. 
You're doing a great job!!!  Keep your eye on the prize!!!!

Thank goodness, I put my computer in my closet a month ago so I can shut the world and the food smells out lol.

LOL...When I put my computer in here my friends said ''Wow, I have heard of coming out of the closet but never heard of going in.''

You got through the day, you put it behind you and tomorrow as they say is another day.
