WLS Cookbook for Dummies

Hi All,  I am still lurking about, not posting much these days.  Still struggling with a few issues post surgery but I am sure there is a light at the end of the tunnel.  Getting brighter everyday.  Would have the surgery all over again even with the problems I have been dealing with.  Love my RNY.
