Free can of Beneprotein Powder
I bought a brand new can of BP at the Civic Pharmacy. I should have tried the sample pack first but stupid me I didn't. I don't like the taste of it and am going to go with skim milk powder instead. I called about getting a store credit for it toward the price of vitamins but the girl told me I need the cash register receipt. Of course I have lost this grrr.
Anyhow, I hate to see it go to waste so I would be happy to give it away. I am going to the meeting tomorrow night in Ottawa and I will bring it with me. First person that comes to me at the meeting and asks for it will be the new owner.

Is it okay to substitute skim milk powder for protein powder in foods? I never heard of this, but I have found all the "flavourless" protein powders to be really gross tasting, so I like this idea. How much do you add and approximately how much protein do you get per calorie? Does anyone know this?

Here are the stats on skim milk powder. Not tons of protein but every bit adds up.
