For some reason, only three hours sleep tonight - aarrrgh. Just can't sleep.
And it's a big day with a job interview - Samsonite luggage under my eyes is NOT a good idea today.

Oh well.

B - bowl Cheerios, 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - 1% cottage cheese w blueberries
L - turkey pepperette, Babybel, 2 crackers
S - ? underway to downtown for interview, maybe a latte?
D - mesclun greens, 1/2 portion lasagne

Travelling today so only meal at home will be my breakfast.  Still feeling pretty crappy so won't be eating much anyway. 

B - 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1 orange

S - babybel cheese

L - 1/2 corned beef sandwich

S - babybel cheese, apple

D - likely just soup when we get to Toronto

Tons of liquids in the form of water, coffee, herbal tea.

See you all in a few days, not bringing my laptop with me.

Getting ready for work. Not much else going on today. Work & then gym. I'm dreading next week - I'm working the late shift. I hate the late shift. Thank goodness I have next Friday off.

My pouch seems a bit grumpy today so today's menu is boring:

B/L/D : Protein Shakes
S: 1c Strawberries (approx. 6 large)

PS. Tracey ... if you're planning on soup tonight for dinner, might I suggest Soup Nutsy. They make the best soup! Check out the website for today's offerings and locations: soupnutsy.ca

Thanks Simona, I'll check out if there is a location near the Westin.  Have not seen that name in the area but will look for it for sure.

Good luck with the interview!  It's always so stressful getting geared up for these things.  I'm sure it will be great.

B - protein shake (5 scoops Beneprotein, 1c. lactose free skim milk, 12 oz decaf coffee)
L - 1/2 c salmon salad on 2 Corn Thins (1slice baked salmon - about 2 1/2" wide, 1 c light ricotta cheese, 1 tbsp dill + seasonings all "buzzed" in the blender)
S - a Simply Bar
D - 6 large boiled shrimp with 2 tbsp seafood sauce

Work today, a 3 mile walk, and tidy up the house.  Made it to my original "dream" goal of 170 today, and officially changed it now to 145. 

Thanks to everyone who posts here - it really helps me keep on track.

Morning all :)

Tracey, have a good trip - safe travels for you and mom.  Gaby, good luck with your job interview!
Starting my new job today  and I'm excited!  I also look especially cute in tall boots and a black and grey striped sweater dress.  I have to go to budget council this morning (or maybe all day, not sure!) so not sure what my eats will be.

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
L - soup from the cafe upstairs (I heard it's the best!)
S - I'm bringing an apple and some cheese
D - chicken breast, brussel sprouts, carrots

Lots of great things happening for everyone this morning.
Personally, I woke up grumpy (and DH didn't help matters).  It cheered me up to read you posts.  I'm doing school wor****il about 1:30, then in classes from 2:30 - 9 pm.  Yuck!

B - Greek yogurt, strawberries
S - large milky tea x 2; later, maybe a bit more yogurt
L - turkey, salad w/ NF dressing, maybe 2-3 crackers
S - turkey pepperette, grapes
D - buying something at school; maybe 1/2 steak pita w/ lots of veggies
S - don't know, probably 1/2 protein bar

I did 25 min on the elliptical this morning, slacked off over the weekend, excercise wise, it was just toooooooooooooooo freaking cold outside!!

i had a wee tiny bran muffin before getting on the elliptical

B - egg
S - cheese (low fat cheddar), 1 oz, 1/2 banana
L - salmon i grilled last night, mixed with 2 Tbsp mayo
     crackers, 1/2 banana
S - more of the salmon
D - meatballs, HP sauce, veggies

off to choir practice tonight. yay!!

Morning all

Lots going on with everyone....I have such a short attention span that I'm not going to comment on each individual day....but congrats - good luck - hope your feeling better etc to all...

B - protein shake

s - egg bite - tiny

l - turkey with splenda cranberries

s - greek yogurt

d - at Earls - salad and chicken of some sort

All water and vits - lots of decaf coffee and tea
