My bad, my so so bad
I have to apologize for being almost invisible here of late. I have no excuse whatsoever other than that I am LIVING again. I am soooooooooooooo enjoying the new me but I find by the time I finish excercse, swim, work, and now do the many many social things I am doing there is just not a lot of time left.
Please know I think of all of you OFTEN and I do read as much as I can. I will try to get better at
the posting thing.
As for an update on me...as of Saturday morning I reached the 100lbs gone mark! I can't believe the difference it has made in my life. Here is just a little bit of what is happening/happened in the past two months and the upcoming months
- Helped plan and host a school winter carnival which raised $1,000 for the school I work at
- Started using the eliptical and go everyday of the week. I am up to 10 mins per day now and then I also go for my swim each day. I usually take the weekends off but make sure to get in lots of walking
-Relationship with hubby has gotten even better than it was because we are going out more
- Bought tickets to the following concerts: Johnny Reid, Straight No Chaser, Bryan Adams, Capital City Hoedown and Madonna. For Bryan and Madonna I even purchased the stadium seats with no worries about fitting in them because I am confident it won't be an issue at that point
- Am working hard planning a talent show for my school and am SOOO looking forward to showing the kindys some dance moves
- Am going to Stagewest in Mississauga at the end of March, and am REALLY hoping to catch up with Karen for cawfee!
- Going to Toronto March 12 to sit in the audience for a live taping of Canada AM, where Johnny Reid is performing songs from his new cd tobe released the same day
- But the biggest news of all is that hubby and I are flying to Newfoundland this summer for his cousin's wedding. Hubby's family are all NFLDers and it has been a dream of mine to go there one day. I didn't do it previously because of all the walking entailed, but I am not worried about it in the least now.
I have to say that I LUV LUV LUV LUV LUV my rny and I don't regret my decision for even a second.
