Yuck - back to work after a FABULOUS weekend.
Up at 4 am, no special reason. Just done sleeping ....
 
Out to my all-time favourite Sushi place tonight for dinner (up in Richmond Hill).

 B - homemade fruit smoothie with tofu
 S - large coffee, 1% cottage cheese w blackberries
 L - turkey pepperette, 4 crackers
 S - 1 pear, 21 g cheddar
 D - Sushi and sashimi


No vitamins yet, too early.

Going back to the gym first time after surgery. Will be doing spinning class. I'll probably be sorry and sore during the process.

B - protein shake
L - cottage cheese fruit
S - sugar free chocolate pudding
D - 2 oz chicken breast with sauted rapini
S - lite laughing cow on one Melba ( to see if I can regulate morning sugar highs)

 Carb cleansing today. The great weather has me thinking of my shorts that are going to be a little tight if I don't, and bathing suit season. Back on the regular exercise wagon too. 

B- protein shake
L- salad with beef, cheese and sunflower seeds
D- same as lunch
S - same as dinner! 

I packed 6oz of meat, 2oz of cheese and 1oz of seeds with a crap load of salad and low fat dressing. Going to eat it all day. 

Exercise - going to get back to the couch to 5k tonight.

Going to get outside and dig in some tree fertilizer spikes (35!) and maybe replant a shrub.


1.5 cups decaf coffee with 1/2 cup milk

B: Plain Oatmeal with 1/4 C fibre 1

L: something with BBQ'd chicken ...salad or 1/2 sandwich

D:BBQ'd chicken with steamed green beans

I snack in between on veggies and fruit to get in 6 serving a day.

I plan to up my protein/food intake this week. I suspect I may not be eating enough. (scale seems to move when I eat more) -Yeah crazy right!!!!! Crazy good!!!

Morning

Sipping on my Keurig coffee while reading OH......I LOVE THIS COFFEE MAKER....and yes I am shouting....

B - protein shake

s - greek yogurt

l - asparagus and cheese frittatta

s - glass of wine with the frittatta........sitting at a great restaurant on the beach

d - pecan chicken with veggies

s - coffee

All vits and water and lots of Keurig

It will hit me like a bomb....but I have a DD to get home!!

35 mins on the treadmill - DONE!!  Whoop!!

B - was going to have eggs and a slice of multigrain toast...but I forgot my wallet at home...so no money = no breakfast
S - tuna salad on one plain rice cake (luckily I brought this...I wasn't going to...I'll eat it a little earlier in the day...around 10 am...to make up for missing breakfast)
L - Greek salad
S - apple
D - meatloaf w peas
S - cheese and pepperettes (if needed)

That's it...already drank 2000 mL of water...working on the next 2000 now!

Over all I think it's going to be a great day!!

Yay back to work! I'm thankful that i have a full time job!

up at 6 am, with only a slight snooze after the alarm went off. Walked to work. What a glorious morning this is!!

B - boiled egg on half of a thin bagel
S - 1/2 banana and PB
L - minestrone soup and half a sirloin burger patty
S - yogurt with other half of banana
D - unsure, something quick before i go to Bell choir rehearsal, and then voice choir  rehearsal right after
S - i'll bring some cheese and crackers with me to rehearsal

L - 2 ounces of chicken with 1/3 of a roasted red pepper
D - 2 ounces of tilapia
S - Boiled Egg & Protein Shake
