I was exactly like you. The crap ran right through me and back out in it's original form it seemed. The night before surgery after my last shake is when it happeneed last.
Kind of freaked me out after surgery because I did not have a bowel movement until I ate my first semi solids ie; hot cereal 2 weeks later. Never felt constipated though.
According to my clinic it was all okay. So consider it the silver lining your intestines will be nice and clean for your clear fluids.
