NSV - Smaller Shoes?!
I've heard this was to be expected, that my foot size would also decrease along with my clothing size, but I was pleasantly surprised (ie. excited) when, while trying on shoes for my g'fs wedding, I actually fit almost 2 sizes smaller!
For the past dozen or more years, I've worn a size 11 (size 10 then add a size with pregnancy). I tried on a size 10 in this absolutely beautiful peep toe shoe, and found it too big! (The last time I wore a size 9 was the early '90s.) The size 9 was a bit tight, so I bought the 10s and some heel grips as well. I'm sure the store staff thought I was nuts, being so excited to fit into a 10, but I was!
That, along with my matron of honour dress excitement, topped off with hitting 100 lbs lost, has help make a great March 2012 for me!!
