Monday Morning Weigh-In
Things appear to be picking up for me again - down 3 lbs to 178, for a total of 98 lbs. I might make my goal of 100 by next week!!

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

I'm pre-op with no surgery date yet but am trying my best to make changes now and keep losing. I lost over 100 lbs prior to my referral just by making a few changes here and there and adding a bit more exercise. I hope nobody minds if I post in this thread.

No change this week, but measurements are down a little so maybe next week? Keeping my fingers crossed. I so want to break through 150, and hit that 200lbs down mark!

I reached and surpassed my goal weight this morning when I weighed myself an hour and a half ago. I feel like I'm on drugs!
As I'm making a coffee my husband says, "do you really need the caffeine?"
"why it's decaf."!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG...I must have said that 100 times already!!!
So I've been saying that I probably need to eat more. I upped my protein by at least 15-20 grams a day and I lost 2.4 pounds this week! I've lost every week this month (shhhhhh). I was in the 170's for 4 months!!!!!!
