8-months out Clinic Visit

Well done Megan!  98lbs in 8 months is a fantastic accomplishment!!!
I'm curious about the reading the SW gave you about body image.  Care to share?

Do you feel your weight loss has slowed down, or are you stalling? Just curious.

Way to go Megan!!  Your doing a fabulous job!!

great attitude and as you know I maxed out at 114lbs weight loss, didn't meet my intended "goal" weight..but I have kept that weight off now for three years.

so sometimes it's better to be within reach of the attainable/manageable.....mind you if your body is up for another 30/40lbs...then it will allow you to do that.

you have done wonderfully and isn't life the best~!!!
