I love shopping in the US!
Did some wonderful trying on at Dress Barn - looking for a dress for my son's backyard wedding this summer, so I was looking for something casual and summery. Lo and behold, I think I looked pretty darn good in the things I tried on! But the one I loved best was a half size or so too big, so I'll have to order it online. Hopefully it'll be a little tight so I can shrink into it. And its a style that I would never have imagined wearing - a-line skirt but fitted in the bodice. It hugged me perfectly above the waist, but flared just enough to give me the draping I need below the waste to de-emphasize that lovely panni that's hanging out there! I think I'll be making another trip in May - it was a real ego booster this time! OOh, and I bought some awesome cute shoes at Sears this morning, so I'll have to make sure I find something to go with them as well! My skin tone and hair must be changing as I try to age gracefully, b/c I seem to look better in colours that never did much for me when I was younger.

Were you in Duluth? I've never been but I'm hoping to take a little day trip there this summer. Any advice on where to stay/shop/eat would be greatly appreciated.
