I've bought it before, poss at Metro, but I just bought a box at Low Carb Grocer.  I went to the store this time, but you can probably find it on line.  Good luck

I just ordered it last week from the Low Carb Grocer & it was $1.79. I also got a few of the SF flavourings since I start my Optifast on Saturday & I figured that I'd better be prepared, just in case....lol!

Cyndy I get mine in Ogdensburg NY. You are in Ottawa so its just a jont across the boarder. Tons of sugar free items including Dreamfield pasta.

i mix ff sour cream with sf jello pudding powder (whatever flavour you like) the texture is very much like cheesecake. I bet'd be the same sort of texture if you mixed it with greek yogurt.

I've never been able to find it up here (nor the sf vanilla and chocolate) so I buy all mine in the US. Walmart has them for $0.98.

The Fat Free - Low Calorie version that is available in most Canadian supermarkets only has 10 calories (0 sugars - 1g carbohydrates -1g protein) per 1/2 cup (125 ml) prepared serving.

It takes 3500 calories to gain a pound. Unless you're heading stateside anyway, I doubt if the difference will be worth the trip. And no matter how good that cheesecake turns out, it will be hard to consume much more than 20 - 25 calories per serving of Jello.

I bought it at either lowcarbcanada.com or my local walmart and just made it up the other night. It was disgusting and I washed it all down the sink. No resemblence in taste to cheesecake but everyones tastes are different. Just thought I would share my experience.
