My next steps to a healthy life

On April 26th and 27th I will be attending a 2 day assessment. I'm excited and scared all at the time! Excited to be one step closer to the new me but also one step closer to losing the old me, that's the scary part. But with that being said, I am SOOoooo ready to be healthy and experience new things I have never done before because of my size!
So to death with the fear and bring on the excitement!

You will find a wonderful group of caring and supportive individuals. Congratulations on making the decision to change your life. It is a journey and you will learn so much along the way. My experience has been all positive and the only regret was that I wasnt able to do this 20 years ago.

Good luck at your 2 day assessment. I can see that you have a great attitude and that will carry you a long way. 

Which centre are you going through?

Ask questions and respond even if you don't know an answer or if another question pops up. It is a real good community here.
Be prepared for a long time to learn a lot of information but it is worth the wait to be prepared for WLS.

Hey! We're we at the same orientation session on March 9th? Welcome to the board! My appointments are April 26th and May 3rd!!! But I am IN Sudbury so they were able to book them a week apart.
