Back from the States . . . again!

I just love an overnighter to the US - it's only 3.5 hours for me. Went with a friend, and I found a dress for my son's backyard wedding in July. Can't believe it - it's a style I never would have picked, but on a whim I decided to try it on. And it looks good, and I feel good. And it'll be an easy alteration should it need one closer to wedding time - I'm hoping to lose at least another 15-20 by then. Will post a picture when my hair doesn't look so bad, LOL. Considering I'm just shy of 100 lbs lost, it's time to post a pic.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

The dress is a 14W, and it's rather a shaped fit. The difference between a 14 and 14W is that the women's size is cut a little more generously through the armholes and bust. I find this helpful with the fleshiness on my sides. I was able to get into a 14/16 regular size depending on the style. But whatever the size, this fits nicely. Hope to post a pic this week if I can figure out how to do a side-by-side..
