Looking for Opti fast....helping out a friend.

 Hi everyone,
So  I need help finding some Opti fast for a friend that's starting this journey. She doesn't have the Internet so I'm trying to help her out . Does anyone in the York region or Barrie area have any available ? If so can you private msg me that would be great.

You can buy it online on Amazon or Ebay... but keep in mind that if your friend does the diet and loses the weight that she will gain it back just as fast. The Optifast diet was designed for quick rapid weight loss, however for those who dont follow the diet with some sort of surgery will gain it back. I had this same conversation with my dietitian because I had a friend who wanted to go on the diet the same time I did as support

 I must have overlooked the part where you said your friend was having surgery.. its not sold in canada without a doctors note or whatever
