My life in numbers
Hello everyone,
I hope this message finds everyone well!
I just thought I would drop in and give you an update from my follow up apt today. Again, I am so sorry I don't get here more often, it is just that I am so busy living/enjoying life again. I honestly and truly do thinki of all of you often though and my intentions to get back here are good BUT alas...
Anyhow here is how my life has changed in numbers since December 23, 2011:
BMI has decreased by 25.6 pts
Waist has decreased by 22.5 inches
Weight has decreased by 150 lbs (153 if I take off 3lbs for my clothes which is what the nurse usually does)
Lbs to lose to reach the hospital goal 110
And blood work all came back perfectly!
Life sure is good right now. My entire summer is booked for camping, cottaging, trip to Newfoundland, and just last weekend I actually took my grandson out in a paddle boat. That has been my biggest NSV thus far! Just counting the days until I achieve my next NSV which is jumping off the dock with my nieces at the cottage in July.
The best way I can describe how I am feeling right now is that I have been reborn. My life has started anew and I have a chance to do it all over again but this time more healthily and not holding back from anything.
Gosh I luv my RNY.
