WHAT A SUMMER!

Hi everyone,

I hope this finds everyone well.

What a summer it has been. I still cannot believe it is me living this life. Everything is just so different. At last count I had lost 176lbs!

I have had such a busy summer and have not been held back in any way, shape or form. So far this summer I have:

Camped several times
Went on paddle boat with grandson and niece
Jumped off the dock with my nieces many times over
Took a canoe ride for the first time in my life
Went on a Hawaii themed boat cruise
Went to cottage with family
And the biggest of all was took a 10 day trip to NFLD!!!! to attend a cousin's wedding,,,where I got to show off the new me for the first time to many of my hubby's family members. Some of them didn't recognize me at all.

For those waiting to begin this journey please know that it is SOOOOOOOOOO worth it! For those on the journey I wish you continued success.

Congratulations on your weight loss. That's wonderful that you can now participate in a lot more activities. Sounds like your "new life" is great! You look really good in that red dress!
