Am I missing something in this recipe?
I am looking for wls appropriate recipes for thanksgiving. I came across a recipe for a crustless pumpkin pie. See below. Can someone tell me where are the carbs are coming from in this recipe? Also, because you are using sweetened condensed milk, I'm sure there should be some sugar in it but yet it is not listed.

It's mostly the pumpkin see what i found: (also the milk has carbs too I had type 2 diabetes so had to watch carbs, but it seems like it is gone since surgery :) Ok and also walnuts too:

The sweetened condensed milk. Maybe you can try fat free evaporated milk ? I am NOT a recipe expert.
You can't avoid carbs in good foods like pumpkin, or milk, but you can avoid adding extra sugar to things. Carbs are a part of a healthy diet.
