Trouble with my Ticker (not the heart kind!!!!LOL)

Hi folks:

I have been playing around trying to figure out the "ticker" that folks have in their signatures. I got the basis figured out but can't for the life of me figure out how to update it when I lose weight..to move the arrow down the scale, so to speak!! Iif anyone wants to walk a newbie through the process, I would be grateful!!

Go into the health tracker. Change your weight and refresh the page. It should automatically up-date your weight. Good luck
