Hey everyone!

one of my gfs at work is thinking of taking the optifast program here in Ottawa and was hoping to try it before comitting the 800$ for the program....

Does anyone have any for sale???

I have one day worth if she wants to try those! I'm not in Ottawa proper, but will be in town Monday for my pre op if you wanna meet up!

Just curious, I was checking out the Optifast website and see there are a few different kinds, (Optifast 800, Optifast 900, Optifast VLCD). Just wondering which ones the Dr.'s here sell.

Optifast 900 is the one approved here in Canada. They want a minimum of 900 calories a day.

Dr Sullivan VSG Jan. 8th, 2013!
Lost 100 lbs in a year post op with a VSG.

hey i have basically two boxes left so about 14 cho packs and like 19 van.. it killed my ibs so i ended up only having 1 to 2 a day i live in london not sure what shipping would be? but id sell it for like $80 plus shipping
