Just a friendly reminder that the monthly meeting of the Ottawa support group, The Bytown Benchers will take place tonight Wednesday (Nov 7) at 7:30 p.m. The group meets at the Bronson Centre (211 Bronson Ave.). There is limited street parking but there is also parking available nearby at Centennial School parking lot if needed. Please check the board upon arrival for the room number.
The tentative theme for this month's discussion theme is Get Your Motor Runnin'. This can be a discussion about some of the challenges/benefits that arise from exercise.
People at all stages of their WLS journey are welcome and encouraged to attend.
As always, please feel free to bring clothing for exchange (in a sturdy garbage bag) and please bring a $3 contribution to the rental fee recovery.
