I am writing this update for shrinking evie. She has been admitted to the hospital last night november 20, 2012. She seems to have a block in the intestinal track and they are keeping her and running tests and making sure everything is back to working how it is supposed to be. I will make sure to pass on all support messages for her.

Thank you lovies....looks like it may be paralysis of the bowel or an ileus.....Dr Yelle (sp?) is ordering oodles of tests and they are keeping me comfortable. I have been admitted but there are no beds yet so spent the night in the ER.

My digestive system just needs to wake up!

I run The O.W.L.S. (Ottawa Weight Loss Surgery) Closet. We are a local clothing exchange and social group stemmed off of a couple of the local support boards on Facebook and also OH members for those having had or going to have WLS. We meet monthly for a large clothing exchange and potluck in the East end of Ottawa.
