Reminder: Bytown Benchers support group monthly meeting is coming up tomorrow night, Wednesday, January 9th at 7:30-9:00 at the Bronson Centre (211 Bronson Ave).
If you cannot find on-street parking, you can park in the Centennial School parking lot just off Nepean St.
Please feel free to bring your clothes to pass on in the clothing exchange, and of course, your $3 contribution toward rental fees. If you have anything you would like to "regift", consider donating it to the group as a door prize.
This group is open to persons at all stages of their WLS journey - pre-op to post-op.
In February we will be having a special guest speaker at our meeting, fitness trainer Mike Patone. Mike can speak to many different topics i.e. fitness, nutrition, excess skin with weight loss etc. At tomorrow's meeting we will discuss as a group what we would be most interested in what we would like him to share with us.
