Craving Change - London
I was in contact with someone from the LIHC a few weeks back when I saw that they were offering the Craving Change program through the Bea**** Library, but unfortanately, was too late to register. I have since met with the RN there involved in the Diabetes Education Center and have started to work one and one with them through the Craving Change program to have it completed before I have surgery in two weeks.
The program is free of charge and will be offered again in June,, they think, and I asked if I could send along the information for those wishing to attend.... so here it is. I'm guessing interest would be best shown through e-mail, so they can gather a list, but whatever works for you works for them!!
It's a great program... opened my eyes to some great realizations!!
