Question about Surgeon Appt
So I have my surgeon appt on March 15th.
Can the surgeon turn down a patient for surgery?
I am dealing with TWH will get my surgery date the same day as my surgeons appt?
Orientation Date: October 31, 2012 Nurse Practioner: January 21, 2013 Social Worker: January 21, 2013 Nutrition Class: January 22, 2013 Psycho-Social: January 22, 2013 Nutrionist: February 13, 2013 Meet the Surgeon: March 15th, 2013 Surgery Date: April 22nd 2013
In most TWH cases you will get your surgery date that day but in some cases no. For example Dr Grantcharov works out of st micheals hospital and surgery dates are done by his office if you we're to get him. this is what happened with my daughter. Myself, I had a TWH surgeon and got my date that day.
Also your PATTS will be booked for the hospital where your surgery is scheduled.

I went through TWH and usually you will get your surgery date plus purchase your Opti the same day.

July 30th, Psych-Social appt - Aug 20th. Follow up with doctor sleep apena Aug. 28th Surgeons appt. - Dec. 14th Dr. Jackson. Surgery date - Feb 12 2013 - VSG
when they called me to tell me about my surgeon appointment I asked who I am seeing and I was told I am seeing Dr. Rotstein. I heard he works out of St Mike's.

yes, Dr. Rotstein is from St. mike's however Dr. Grantcharov frequently takes his meet the surgeon appointments.
