surgery tomorrow morning at TWH!!!

Hi everyone.

OMG tomorrow is the big day. I can't believe it. I really can't. I can't believe I have managed to lose 21 pounds on Optifast in three weeks--especially since all I've ever done is gain weight, not lose weight.

I am scared and excited and, and and....a whole slew of emotions. I just hope it all goes ok. I have had bad experiences with surgery in the past.

I wish I could go to the support group--but likely won't be able to--LOL I will be in the hospital if anyone wants to drop by and introduce themselves in person.

I am looking forward to joining you all on the bench--I will text Amanda F who is my angel and she can let you all know.

Planning on taking 4 weeks off. I hope it will be enough.

Once again, I am SO grateful for all the support I have found on this site. Wouldn't have gotten through this first phase without y'all,

Going for surgery is always scary. I had mine at TWH and found the care great. Hope you stay is short and uneventful. Good luck tomorrow

Good luck Hilary you will be just fine!! I was paranoid as hell before surgery and kept thinking what if...I came out of it fine. You will too!! All the best.
