Optifast at humber
One my buddys in our support group tells me that they shipped his Optifast to his home the day after he paid for it. He went through Toronto Western.
My surgeon`s office at HRRH says I can pick it up there from his office the day I pay for it.
If that`s so, how big and heavy is three week`s worth of opti.? .. Considering I`m in poor shape, I`m thinking I might take along a little folding two-wheel dolly I have to transport it out, ... what do you think?
Referred: August 8, 2012. - Referral to HRRH Dr. Hagan Dec 20 - Surgery scheduled for April 16, 2013! Surgery completed and I`m doing fine!
3 weeks of optifast is 6 boxes and they are not heavy at all!! I would bring 3 recycling bags 2 in each bag , thats what I did and yes you pick them up at the surgeons office 110 per week.

They aren't heavy at all. I was thinking they were premade drinks when I went to pick mine up at Dr. Kleins (HRRH) but they are just envelopes containing powder that you mix with water so 3 recycle bags will work (2 boxes per bag).
