First Optifast

Well today it begins... i just chugged my first thing of optifast.. I had the vanilla and it wasn't bad! Tasted good!

I dunno how I'm gonna feel after a couple of weeks of it, but I've got flavours etc.

Well it's only a few weeks then the big day and it will be all worth it! Can't wait to start mine April 11

I was so excited the day I started OptiFast...it means you are that much closer! :) Not that long for you now!

I actually liked the taste, although I preferred chocolate!

Hmmmmm... well its about three hours since my first one and I'm ready for a sandwich, now... I won't have one, of course, but I suspect by noon, I'll be hungry...

Hey, you're my surgery twin. I have dr. Hagen at 10:30 on the 16th. I don't start Opti till next Tuesday. You must be having to have it more than two weeks? Perhaps I will see you on the 16th. Good luck to us both.

Hey Sylvie, my twin!

My surgery is slated for 8 am and I`m supposed to be there by 6 am. So we decided to check into the hotel closeby the night before. because we live so far (Peterborough) we`ll stay in the hotel for a few days after...

Yes, he has me on Optifats three weeks, but I cheated and didn't`t start until today. That will give me two weeks and five days.

Hmm, my surgery at 8am and yours at 10;30 am... the operating table will still be warm!

I started Opti fast yesterday.. I am with the two of you on April 16 with Dr. Hagen. Mine is scheduled for 1pm. I am glad it is almost here !! Dr. Hagen should be good and warmed up by the time he operates on me...lol
