So I am 9 days post op now and my nausea has gotten better but still there. Are those motion sickness patches you put behind your ear ok to use this early out??? Sorry if this is a stupid question just want to be safe

How about Sea Bands.... I used them during my pregnancy, made me feel better. You can pick them up in shoppers drugmart. They are bands that fit on your wrist and have little domes that rest against specific pressure points. I was skeptical when I first heard about them. Tried them and they worked! Worth trying if you don't want to use drugs.... Good luck

my friend had one the day of surgery and still has one. I would ask the doc.

Yep, I had one put on while still in recovery as Gravol injections did nothing for the nausea. I was still wearing one up until last Friday, and am now applying cortate ointment behind each ear several times a day because of the rashes that I've developed from the patches! Helped with the nausea though!
