At HRRH on tuesday for 3 mnth follow up!!
I can not believe my 3 month post op follow up is on tuesday !! Things that I did not know,!Half the things I bought got donated, the whole surgery was not nearly as bad for me as I thought it would be,pain and recovery wise. The weight loss has been way faster than I would ever imagine 72 lbs lost as of this morning YAY!! Lastly for me I never knew how strong willed I actually am, I can surround myself with friends eating everything that I would "normally" want and it does not even bother me, mind over matter baby,
If I can do this ! Anyone can
