Hello everyone, sorry I have been very much missing in action lately, living life, outside more than I can ever remember doing in recent years.

Spending time gardening and swimming in our pool, what an awesome new life I am living :).

July 10 was my 6 Month Anniversary from my RNY.

My starting weight at my Dr.'s in 2010 when my referral went in was 315 lbs .. 5" 2 1/2".

My first weigh in at Guelph was 284.

After 2 weeks on OPTI I reached surgery day at 267.

As of July 10 I reached 195.... woot what a wonderful Journey this has been.

I have lost over 100+ lbs in total.

Just over 72 lbs since surgery.

Thank you all for the support and wonderful information over the years.. You have all been an inspiration and support system that I could never have done without during this journey. I treasure all the input ...the good... the bad ...and the ugly lol... :) TY TY TY
