new favourite protein bars

Just thought I'd share my new fave protein bars.  I've tried a lot and many are so damn dense and gross!!  I used to eat "Oh Yeah" but recently tried the 3 variety sample pack of "Smart For Life" and they are great!  Available at Costco.  190 cals / bar (same as the "Oh Yeah") but more protein.  Tasty and light, in terms of not being hard and dense.

Really, see I like the Oh Yeah, I will go try this brand to see too. Thanks

I will look for these, I use the Costco premier protein bars, they have 30 grams of protein but 290 cals. Thanks for sharing. By the way how much protein do these have?

Funny, I tried the Smart for Life first and they are good, except for the almond flavouring in the caramel almond, I didn't want to eat only 12 of the 18 bars.  Then I found the Oh Yeah's and find they are definitely worth a few more cals/little less protein, like a chocolate bar and I like them both.

The Smart for Life bars have between 18 - 20 g of protein per 50 gram bar (3 varieties in the box I bought with the chocolate being 19 g of protein and the peanut butter chocolate and caramel almond flavours being 20 g / bar).  All are very yummy!

Oh yeah bars are available at Costco, but not as much protein as the premium bars are.
