Here we are at Humber, my husband is having his "high risk" bariatric surgery at 1::00. This will be a long afternoon for me and a tougher one for him but all to a good end.

Think of us and hold Brian in your happy thoughts.

May Brian have a text book surgery, and a quick recovery! See him on the bench! I do disagree with one thing, emotionally it will be tougher on you, he gets to sleep through the surgery :o) All kidding aside, you will both be fine, and in a few hours sitting around wondering what you were worried about.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
