Extra Optifast?
Hi everyone,
it has been a couple of years since I have been on here.
I am approx 5 years post op and started to slide. I want to get back to basics and think it would help me to have a couple Optifast shakes with a light dinner to start getting myself back in track.
Does anyone have any extra Optifast they would like to sell? Or know of where I can buy some? Do you know what the current rate is for one box? (14 pouches)

You can only buy Opti from a WLS or office. Their are lots of Ontario FB pages with people who have extra Opti. Check them out
