Mississauga Support Group??

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone knows if the Mississauga Support Group is still around? I remember attending coffee talk meetings at Tim Horton's in Clarkson a few years back. The meetings were organized by a wonderful lady named Karen, who I lost touch with.

Does anyone know if the group still meets or if she is still organizing them?

I don't think the group still gathers. Karen used to post the dates on this page. I certainly miss meeting up as a group to discuss challenges. Both as newly post op and now being many years out.

Couldn't we meet via Zoom? That way we can even use just audio if we're not comfortable showing our identities?

oh how I miss Karen and those coffee meets in Mississauga... I hope she is doing well... I don't visit OH much anymore... sadly, and when I do I don't recognize anyone anymore either!! So sad... when I fist started my journey I LIVED on OH... of course tho, that was pre-facebook and found so many support groups there!!
