Im gonna go down to the gym at lunch time and bang around some weights and work up a lather.  Cardio is on tap for when I get home.  How are you moving and grooving today?

5k on the track this morning, and bicep/shoulder workout at the gym over lunch.
I have been running every weekday, and I am feeling great these days!
