4 Days post op
I am gearing up for a month long Vlc, so trying to stick to the practice plan better than I have been, and I think I pretty much could snap on anything at this point. I am glad to read about other people's crankiness right now, believe it or not. I don't feel so silly for the struggle. It is real. Lol looking forward to hearing how others deal with this "personality change" as they go through this process with dealing with emotions we ate away before!

I am a Male and have no hormones, as described here. But I do have a wife and I understand to a very low degree what you are talking about. Now just be quiet and get back to the program!!!!! Oh my God! I do have Hormones after all!!!!!! LOL
Take care and know this too shall pass! It really did for me too. I may have streched the truth a little when I wrote I had none...
I had RNY surgery on 8/26 which makes me about 7 weeks post-op, and it's completely normal for your moods and emotions to change constantly. My moods are starting to stabilize, but I still have hormone issues more than I'd like to. In fact, I just had an emotional outburst this morning that was directed toward my husband (lol). Your emotions will start to become more stable as time goes by.
