help ladies !
So as I've been losing weight, I've noticed that my bra is getting to be too big and not supporting my boobs which hurts my back. A nurse friend of mine suggested I get a sports bra, but I've worn them in the past and it gives me a uni-boob :( Can anyone suggest a good sports bra that keeps your boobs on the side they belong on ? As much as I absolutely do not shop at that store, I caved and bought a cheap front closing one at walmart. It has actually lasted about two years now. As I continued to shrink, I got some strong physical therapy tape and "hemmed" the sides till I got to be a stable size again and then I went and bought some fun stuff at a better store. :) I think it was like fifteen bucks.
Slightly related...when you do get to the size you are going to be and want a good bra that fits properly try true& co online. They ask you a bunch of questions about yoru body and current bras and issues and then make recommendations that you can try on at home for free. I just recently decided it was worth spending the money on good bras and taking good care of them. they run about 60.00 a piece but I was AMAZED when I got mine. They feel great, look great, and fit like they were custom fit for me!

You might go through several bra sizes as you are losing. Go and get fitted for the proper size, then just buy a couple. When those are too big, repeat the process.
I am not a fan of sports bras since many of them do not offer support. I also dislike those horrid soft bras advertised on tv. Breasts need support.

I highly recommend going to a proper lingerie store and getting a fitting. You only need 2-3 bras, but having a properly fitted one will make a HUGE difference. Once you can't adjust them anymore, repeat the process as you're losing weight.
