I need help... don't even know where to turn

Protein first, eliminate the junk foods and simple carbs.  

I've regained also, but I know my problem was lack of exercise and simple carbs.

Journal everything you eat, and be firm about eliminating white foods.

I know you can do it.

To the person who listed what you eat. 1400 calories is a lot of food. I could never eat 2 whole eggs even. I am below goal, 65 years old and my success is from limiting my food intake. Diets make you fat. Clear liquids are not the answer, till you get to goal weigh and measure. Exercise !!!! If an old lady like me can put 10 miles a day on a bike and walk 10k steps so can you. This whole journey is to not make food our life!! Good luck
