Does anyone know anything about Garden of Life Raw Protein?? I'm looking into the unflavored but I don't know enough about protein powder to make a decision on it... Anyone ?

I have used their meal replacement shakes in chai tea and they rocked.

What does your post-op instructions say?  My post-op instructions say to use WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE.  The highest medical-quality brand I'm aware of that meets this criteria and comes in unflavored like you are seeking is made by UNJURY.  This is the brand I have used for over two years.  It is available to order at www.unjury.com.  (My DD has purchased Garden of Life Raw Protein for her to try in shakes; she quit it and I won't touch it)

he gave me a couple of choices but didn't specify whey protein, matter of fact he told me New Whey (the 3.8 oz) were fine to use and someone else on here told me no, so idk.
